Gangs of Gotham

(Blades in the Dark by John Harper is required to play this game)

This is a hack of Blades in the Dark with modified playbooks, faction lists, and a few other tweaks for telling stories about a gang of up-and-coming crooks trying to make a name for themselves on the streets of DCs Gotham City.

Compete with other members of the Gotham underworld, from lowly biker gangs and rogue mutants to the Crown Prince of Crime himself, while avoiding the many vigilantes that keep Gotham safe from low-lives like you. Get too much attention and the Bat Family might just take notice and toss you into Blackgate Penitentiary or worse, Arkham Asylum.

Includes: Entanglements for trouble with Gotham PD, Vigilantes, or rival villains; new Prison Claims for time in Arkham Asylum or Blackgate Penitentiary; a new high-tech hacker playbook called The Glitch; a faction list for Gotham City's various criminals, vigilantes, institutions, and neighborhoods; playbook items from the DC Universe; many things updated to replace magic with chemicals and high-tech gadgets.

I originally made this for my home game with no intention of releasing it. After our campaign came to a close I figured I would put it up for free so others might make use of it if they enjoy BitD and Batman stuff. See obvious legal disclaimers below.
